Dear Dr. Gluck!

A few months back I was recommended to have nasal surgery. I had X-rays, tests and so on. Fear and uncertainty ate away at me.

But when I met the surgeon, everything changed. Your kind smile, the reassuring words, the detailed explanations and the answers to all the questions gave me peace of mind, a kind of inner voice saying "this is the doctor I've been looking for". And minutes before the surgery, with all the anxiety and the tension rising (and my wife also needing hers), you came in with that smile and that tranquility, gave support, reassurance and promised that you would do your best.

Indeed, you promised – and kept your word. I thank for this and much more. I wish you all the bets in the world and may God bless everything you do.
